The lovingly furnished 60 m² holiday apartment for 2-4 people leaves almost nothing to be desired.

You will find the apartment in a quiet detached house with a separate entrance in the basement with its own parking space in a settlement directly on the Heimathof. There is also a lockable storage facility for your bicycles. Bicycles can also be hired if required.

A 60 m² holiday apartment awaits you. It consists of an entrance area with wardrobe and shoe cabinet, a combined living-dining room with sofa bed, a separate fitted kitchen with adjoining storage room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

In the living-dining room area, a flat screen/TV with satellite connection and free internet ensure your entertainment. The 160 x 200 cm sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option with an integrated mattress for two people. There is also a stylish dining area for six with a table, bench and chairs.

The separate bedroom has two separate mattresses 90 x 200 cm and a spacious wardrobe.

The bright fitted kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the storage room there is a washer-dryer and a drying rack as well as a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

The south-west facing terrace is a nice, quiet place to read, drink coffee and relax.

When you arrive, the beds are already made if you wish and a set of towels and tea towels are ready for you. You are welcome to leave your hair dryer at home.

Arrival is possible from 15:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. Please note that pets are not allowed and that this is a non-smoking apartment.
